Hold Your Event At The Center

Would You Like To Reserve the Community Center? Living Earth has openings in our schedule of services and events for other groups to share.

To Reserve Living Earth Center:

1) View our Complete Calendar of Events at Living Earth Center. Please note, you will not have permission to see private events. Only public events will display all information, and private events will appear as "Busy."

2) Once you've found a date and time you'd like for a one-time or repeating reservation, View and Print our Facility Use Agreement to begin your reservation. Follow the instructions on the Agreement to submit it and reserve the Center for your use.

3) Download and print the Opening and Closing Checklist so you know what to do to get your deposit back.

Fees and Policies:

· $13/hr with a three hour minimum ($39)

· $10/hr for additional hours
· $39 cleaning and damage deposit, fully refundable. We can take a check and hold the check, giving it back to you after inspection and everything is as it should be.
· Please follow this Opening and Closing Checklist when you use the space.
· Rental fees and deposit are required to make a reservation.
· Cancellation policy: 100% refund if reservation is canceled within 30 days. 50% refundable if canceled within 14 days. Under 14 days, no refund on the rental fee.

Additional Services

· If you would like your event advertised to Living Earth members and/or for us to collect registration fees, we can do so using our meetup group, www.meetup.com/livingearth. A $25 fee applies.

· We have coffee urns available for your use for a $5 fee.
